Spoke with one of the representatives by the name of Ms. Monica H.
And she expressed to me the details of my insurance plan. After thoroughly going over everything with me. She asked me which plan would be best for me. On which plan did I want to choose. After a few weeks, I had not decided and she went back over the plans with me again. Just to see if I had enough information and detail to make sure that I chose the correct plan. I've never in my many years. Seen someone so detailed oriented about the service that they provide, and I just want to say thank you to the RLS family as a team, you have some of the best representatives that I've seen thus far. Thank you for putting on the back to school community event at Kipp Leadership Academy. I was very excited to get school supplies and back packs that my kids needed. It was great to ask questions of the vendors from senior health to mental health. My kids enjoyed the football drills and of course the dancing. This was my first time and I really enjoyed it.

Monica got me both health & life insurance & she has exceeded my expectations. She cares so much about me as a client that she goes beyond what she’s supposed to, to make sure I am good & being very well taken care of by my insurance company.
